Office domicile - Middelfart

Daugaard Pedersen is the developer behind a state-of-the-art 6700m2 office building in northern Middelfart. The building was constructed with a consistent focus on sustainable materials and solutions with the expectation of achieving DGNB Gold certification. The certification covers the operation of the office domicile, where e.g. energy consumption is recorded, analysed and evaluated in order to continuously optimise operations in the future. The ambitions of the certification place high demands on sustainability on several levels - environmentally, socially and economically.

The high demands for sustainability also apply to the lighting in the office domicile. Here, Teamtronic has delivered a lighting solution with T-LED and T-Modular luminaires with DALI DT8 driver, which allows for DALI daylight control and 2700-6500K Kelvin Change - also called Tunable White.

The sun's path, intensity and light colour have a major impact on the human biological clock, which is crucial for people's well-being and activity levels throughout the day. With tunable white, it is possible to mimic natural light with varying intensity and light colour throughout the day depending on the season. For employees in the office building, this means that the lighting supports the biological clock, which promotes concentration, activity levels and well-being throughout the day.

Lighting with LED and daylight control ensures flexible and sustainable lighting in the office building. The vision of a sustainable lighting solution is ensured with the low energy consumption and operating costs of LED lighting.
