Customised lighting solutions

At Teamtronic we offer a basic and versatile product range, but if our customers want a luminaire with special luminaire specifications, we can provide customised solutions.

We are a dynamic company with in-house production, a light laboratory, an EMC lab and a technical department. Furthermore, we have an exceptionally close collaboration with our various partners, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience with technical components. All of this together forms our strong foundation for being able to offer customer-tailored solutions, where everything has been thoroughly considered and quality assured.

1:1 Mockup
It can sometimes be challenging to visualise the final result, whether it's the integration of a line profile into a specific ceiling type or the end of the line profile against the ceiling tile. That's why we offer the possibility to build a 1:1 mockup of the customised solution.

In this way, we give our customers a concrete and tangible understanding of the actual construction, installation and finishing from line profile to ceiling panel.

3D rendering & printing

During the development phase, we can create 3D renderings of the luminaires and smaller 3D printed modules so that our customers can get a clear insight into the appearance and design of the final luminaire. Offering samples and prototypes of the customised solutions gives our customers a valuable opportunity to understand and evaluate the luminaires down to the smallest details.

Colours can look different in pictures than in reality and to ensure accuracy and satisfaction, we offer samples. This allows the customer to see the colour, surface and texture directly on the material that will be applied.

These measures allow us to correct and adapt customised solutions to achieve the most satisfactory and efficient result.

Own production in Odense

We view our Danish production department as a mark of quality for Teamtronic. With our own production, we are sure to have control over the production processes and the quality of our products. Furthermore, it increases our already high production flexibility, as it is easier to adapt to any changes.

Our production is based on the LEAN principle, where the manufacturing of our luminaires only begins once an order has been placed. This way, we ensure that our products are always manufactured with the latest technical components on the market.
