Teamtronic publishes VSME report for 2025

At Teamtronic, we are focused on developing lighting solutions where quality, innovation, and responsibility go hand in hand. Therefore, we are now publishing our VSME report for 2025, which provides a transparent insight into our climate and sustainability work, as well as the initiatives that have characterised the year.

The report builds on the foundation we established with our first climate report from 2024. In 2025, we have taken the next step by expanding reporting and strengthening the data basis, so that we can create even greater transparency around our climate footprint.

Focus on knowledge, transparency and concrete climate improvements

Climate reporting is complex and requires both precision and thoroughness. In our 2024 climate report, we have chosen to focus on the areas where we have the most control and where we can quickly make improvements - scope 1 and scope 2. This means that we have now mapped our direct emissions and the indirect emissions that stem from our energy consumption.

In the 2025 climate report, we take the next step and start working to include scope 3 data. This means emissions from our suppliers, transport, waste management and other activities in our value chain. This is a natural but ambitious further development of our climate work that will give us an even better basis for improvement.

Valuable focus areas and initiatives

One of the essential focus areas this year has been to bring our value chain closer to the customers through investments in regional suppliers and European production tools. At the same time, we have continued the technological development of our products, focusing on the latest component solutions and high quality.

Another important milestone is further work on Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). During 2025, we have initiated the development of EPDs for our three core linear luminaire series: Below, In-line, and Z-line. EPDs provide our customers with a documented basis for sustainability certifications and CO₂ calculations, among other things.

The report also describes a number of concrete initiatives that have been implemented during the year. Among other things, the conversion of the company's vehicle fleet to electric cars has reduced our direct CO₂ emissions, just as we have expanded reporting to also include Scope 3 emissions from employee transport.

2025 has been characterised by a focused continuation of the strategic initiatives we launched the previous year. We continue to invest in technological development, a stronger and more regional value chain, and the documentation of our products” environmental impact. This is a long-term effort that will create even more resource-efficient and well-documented lighting solutions for our customers.” – Mathias Joachim Larsen, Managing Director, Teamtronic
