Orienthuset, Trælastholmen - Office domicile

In Copenhagen's Nordhavn, the old industrial harbour is gradually becoming part of the growing city. The new office building, Orienthuset, is the latest addition on Trælastholmen in the North Harbour. Orienthuset covers 17,000 square metres with approx. 700 office spaces, and the office building was built with the expectation of achieving DGNB Platinum certification. The certification sets the market's highest requirements for quality and sustainability standards as part of the green transition of office buildings.

For Orienthuset, Teamtronic has delivered a number of special solutions with a consistent focus on expression and a high level of detail - without compromising on quality and function.

In the open-plan offices of the office domicile, the lighting consists of recessed line profiles, In-line 63-70 in Rockfon T24 X concealed track system. The line profiles are designed with an end cap with the same bevelled edge as the ceiling tile, providing a streamlined integration between ceiling tiles and line profiles. The line profiles are custom-made to measure with light from end to end, and the customisation has made it possible to finish the line profiles directly against the wall and frieze.

The popular and flexible downlight, T-Modular, is also a continuous luminaire throughout the office building. T-Modular is available with both a white luminaire housing with white reflector and a custom-coloured luminaire housing and black reflector. The special golden-brown colouring of the luminaire matches continuous elements such as ventilation grilles and radiators in the office domicile.
