Nordsjælland Hospital
Back in the summer of 2024, we at Teamtronic were able to announce that we will be supplying the entire lighting solution for the Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland project – a delivery that will span several years.
The total lighting solution includes the customisation and production of approximately 30,000 luminaires, spread across more than 100 different luminaire types, of which 85 are specially adapted.
The solution covers all hospital functions, from corridors and common areas to patient rooms and high-tech operating theatres, where each area makes special demands on functionality, comfort, and precision.
Additionally, both dark light technology and circadian rhythm lighting are integrated into a range of luminaires. Dark light ensures the light source is hidden from certain viewing angles, reducing glare and reflections, while circadian rhythm lighting mimics the natural daily variations in light. The interplay between these technologies contributes to increased comfort and supports patient recovery, as well as staff energy levels and circadian rhythms.
