475 residential buildings - Lundevænget

In connection with the remodelling and renovation of rental housing and community centre at Lundevænget - Ryparken Copenhagen, Teamtronic supplied two different types of downlights for recessed ceiling installation.

The renovation includes 475 homes, mainly two-bedroom apartments, spread over 14 apartment blocks. 13 of the apartment blocks are built as 3-storey properties, while the last one is built in 4 storeys. The apartment distribution is very uniform and the 2-bedroom apartments represent the majority of the housing supply. The renovation also includes the remodelling of the community centre of the residential area.

For lighting toilets and showers in rental properties, we have delivered over 1,900 units of our attractive tilting downlight T-Skylark35. The T-Skylark35 provides a highly efficient and at the same time pleasant light. This is essential in rooms where there is no natural light but where you still need good lighting - in this case, in the bathroom in rented accommodation. Furthermore, the T-Skylark35 is ideal for use in fruitful places such as bathrooms and showers due to an IP54 rating.

For lighting corridors and hallways, we have delivered more than 1,850 units of our minimalistic and tiltable downlight T-Blue, which is approved for recessed installation directly into insulation. In addition, T-Blue has a recessed height of only 72 mm, which makes T-Blue extremely attractive. T-Blue is the obvious choice for lighting smaller corridors, hallways, cloakrooms and more due to its simple design and functionality with adjustable light angle.

T-Skylark35 has been installed for lighting the kitchen, bedrooms, 3 x workshops and toilets in the community centre. It has been chosen to keep a uniform expression and lighting experience in the common house, which is why T-Skylark35 is repeated in the different rooms.
