Teamtronic strengthens the board with two experienced business professionals

Teamtronic strengthens the board with Allan Hansen and Martin Steffensen, who both bring many years of experience in management, business development and growth in Danish and international companies. Together with Teamtronic’s founder, Poul Nellemose, the two new board members will contribute new perspectives and solid business experience to the company’s continued development.

Experience with strategy and international growth

Allan Hansen brings many years of experience as a business leader, strategic advisor and board member. He has previously been a co-owner of Ventherm A/S, which over the years has built a strong international position in spray booths as well as paint and surface treatment systems for the industry.

After selling his shares in Ventherm A/S, Allan Hansen has focused on board work, where he brings his experience with strategy, business development and international growth into play.

Commercial experience and practical business understanding

Martin Steffensen is the owner and CEO of STEFFCA A/S, a Danish industrial company specializing in packaging, sealing and insulation solutions.

He has many years of experience in management and business development and at the same time brings a strong commercial profile and experience in areas such as trade, logistics, international relations and strategic collaborations.

Martin’s practical approach to business development and focus on operations, growth and strong customer relationships thus becomes another competence that Teamtronic can draw on in its board work.

Continuity and new perspectives

Teamtronics founder Poul Nellemose continues as part of the board, but at the same time resigns as chairman of the board. The role of new chairman is taken over by Allan Hansen.

This will continue Poul Nellemos’s long-standing knowledge of Teamtronic and the company’s development, while Allan Hansen, as the new chairman of the board, brings new perspectives and solid experience in strategy, management and business development to the board. With Martin Steffensens’ commercial experience and practical business understanding, the board as a whole will have a broad foundation to support Teamtronic’s continued development.
