STUMP is suitable for use in parks and urban environments as orientation lighting. The bollard can also be used on its own as a supplement to existing lighting in city squares, playgrounds etc. The asymmetrical and organic shape gives STUMP an exciting and varied expression - both in daylight and when the light is switched on - and the rusty cast iron surface gives it a beautiful glow. With its expression and glare-free light, STUMP creates a friendly atmosphere that gives a feeling of cosiness and security. When the bollard is switched on, the slanted sides are discreetly illuminated, further emphasising the soft, curved shapes of the light and highlighting its unique character.

In 2022, STUMP won the award for "Best Outdoor Lighting of the Year" at the Prize Designs for Modern Furniture + Lighting awards organised by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.

Installation

STUMP is mounted as standard on a moulded base that is fixed to the substrate. The luminaire is connected directly. Driver is integrated in the bollard.

Armature
STUMP is available in size Ø356.5 x H548 mm. The luminaire is made of cast iron, has an IP65 rating, is impact resistant up to IK10 and weighs 30.5 kg. The luminaire comes standard in untreated cast iron or RAL9007.

LED information

STUMP comes standard with 500mA / 15W - Ra80 - 3000 / 4000 kelvin. 752 lumens - 50 lm/W. Operational lifetime (L80B10) 100,000 hours at 25 degrees.

Light control

STUMP is available with On/Off or DALI control.

LED driver life expectancy >100,000 hours. The luminaire is certified under CIE EN 60598 1-2 & including EN550 15/EMC
